~Zay & Buritsu's Personal RP~
His eyes surveyed the lands beneath him; seated atop the massive, majestic black dragon that was not only his pet but his partner, he had a good view of everything that was passing beneath the pair. The dragon knew her destination; it was a place that they had visited very many times in the past, an area which Zay himself had lived and the dragon not so far off. A sigh escaped the young man's slightly parted lips as he spotted it; the place which they sought. As the dragon dove, setting itself up for a beautiful and soft landing, Zay's mind began to wander.
His purpose in coming here was for her. The only reason he would ever return to this place so drenched in both happy and sorrowful memories would be for her. The only reason he would ever die or accept defeat...well, it was all for her. There was no person nor thing that matched his love for her; not even the dragon that had been his faithful companion ever since both of their youths. He sighed another sigh; a nostalgic sigh this time around. Memories of his youth overcame him; how he had first met the dragon, the time he had first met the girl. Shaking his head, the young man walked towards a spot that always was his favourite.
He sat down on the cliff, his legs dangling over its edge as he stared into the distance. The dragon padded up silently beside him; it sat, offering nothing but a friend in the loneliness until the girl made her appearance. Zay chuckled as she sat down beside him and he reached up, patting her neck very gently and rubbing it in a gesture of appreciation. As she turned her head towards him, he leaned in and placed one gentle kiss between her eyes.
"I love you," he murmured, soft and loving. The words floated upon the wind, for the girl who had yet to appear just as much as they were for the dragon that sat with him.
With one more resigned sigh, he scooted closer to the beast and rested against her flank, bringing his legs in close and closing his eyes to the world as he continued to wait. In response, the dragon simply wrapped its wing around its master and settled itself more closely in. Both of them were, at least to a certain extent, happy as they awaited the return of the person whom they had come for.

She watched the boy below pick through berry after berry as he gathered food for the two. She was perched in a tree just outside of the small meadow. Yes, he was old enough to go on his own, but she would never let him. The dangers in this world were all to familiar to her. Her son would never be harmed, not while she still breathed.
Without turning the boy called out.
"I know your up there mother. You can come down if your going to follow me." She sighed and gathered herself before pouncing onto the meadows edge. She was graceful period, but her cat form was more so then ever. Gently she padded up to the boy and nuzzled his cheek. He was 8 now, it had been a long 8 years too. Ever since she held him in her arms and whispered his name she had sworn to protect the innocents of the boy. She had never loved like she did him, other then.. the name was stamped in her head forever. The boy stroked her head before she turned and disappeared into the woods. With the child still in her sight she pulled the clothes that were tied around her neck off and changed. If it wasn't for the inconvenience of being nude when she morphed, she would have done so right in front of the boy. Slipping into the long flowing skirt and the top she started back into the field. She pulled her long pink hair from the top as she walked.
"You know I can't let you go alone, Hatori." her voice was gentle and loving.
"I know, but if you are going to come don't hide." He smiled up at his mother as she wrapped her arms around him.
The mother's ears flicked up with the familiar sound of wings. It was by the river she so frequently walked. 'It can't be him...' her heart flipped.
"Go back to the house, now!" she pushed the boy forward and turned herself toward the noise. The meadow was covered from where the creature would have been flying. He would have never seen them but she wanted to be sure and wanted to know if they were here to harm. She changed without dressing, the clothes fell off her as she darted into the trees. Hatori picked up the clothes before running himself into the cover of trees. He ran the familiar path toward the home he knew so well. It was in the opposite way of the river. His mother had built it when he was still young but its the only home he ever knew. When he reached the small house he quickly sat down the basket full of berries and swung his mothers clothes over a kitchen stool as he passed into the bathroom where he locked himself waiting for his mother's familiar voice to call him out.
She raced past trees as fast as she could and when the faint glow from the sun on the river's water shown through the trees, she slowed and slunk to the brim. She watched at the great black beast landed, on her back sat the man she thought she would never see again. Buritsu laid herself into the shadows and watched the two. If he was still the man she knew, he would feel her soon enough.
"I love you" floated to her ears but she didn't flinch. Why was he here was all she wanted to know.

"Noire," the young man mumbled, stroking the dragon once more, "I think we have a guest." He grinned as he spoke the words.
He turned his head to the side, staring at the area where the 'girl' had made her appearance. Slowly, deliberately he stood and took very small steps towards the destination. One-two. One-two. One-two. Lift one foot, put it down. Do the same for the other. He took as much time as he possibly could walking towards the destination, taking in her presence, accepting it, feeling it throughout his entire body as he approached its source. He came close enough to lay eyes upon her and the moment he did, he couldn't help but chuckle. There she was, but definitely not in the form he was expecting her to be.
"Hey there," he said softly, the love evident in his voice as he crouched and extended a hand to stroke her head between the ears. "It's been a while," he murmured, leaning in and placing a soft kiss between her eyes as he had earlier with the dragon.
He stared into the cat's eyes and he couldn't help but feel warmth spread through his body; from the top of his head to the very tip of his toes he could feel the love for the 'person' before him. He had missed her; oh how dearly had he missed her. Oh how dearly had he loved her; and oh how dearly he loves her still. Moving slightly, he rest himself down against the cat's flank and snuggled into her warm body.
"I love you," he murmured once more.

Re: ~Zay & Buritsu's Personal RP~
She stepped backwards a bit as he approached. She growled low when he reached for her ans while she enjoyed it, her head still didn't fully trust him. It had been so long and now he just showed up. Apparently he didn't feel anything was wrong. When he moved closer she sat up, when he snuggled into her she couldn't help it anymore.
Her body turned to one he would know better. The long pink hair covered her, since she was seated it was even better. Her tail flicked in a bit of annoyance and happiness. The warm pink eyes stared straight down into the river ahead of her. With out even a sight move she spoke,
"Why... why are you here?" her voice was cool now, not the same tone as before with her son. She spoke low, she figured barley he would even hear her. Her heart picked up beat in her chest and she let a small sigh escape her lips.
So many thing were flying through her mind as she sat there. Should she trust him? Should she allowed herself to feel the way she did right now? Would Hatori recognize him if she allowed him to come back to their home? Would he remember the boy even? Where had he been and why was he gone so long? Even more, but she could not bring herself to even ask him. She was so strong yet at this moment, she wanted to be in tears...
"I love you" fluttered in her ears again. They pulled back in pain, her lips motioned the words back but there was no sound threw them.
