Zoe smiled at her sister's happiness as deep down she felt deep rooted sadness; she had had another vision and she knew who was going. Her heart felt like a frozen lump in her chest as she pretended to be happy on the outside. She had been practicing in blocking her sister from certain parts of her mind and feelings so she knew that Eve had no idea of what she was truly feeling.

She laughed quietly as Matthew nearly flew out the window when he saw the club then laughed louder as her sister growled angrily at Dayton.

"Trust me, they never learn!" Zoe said while laughing

She smiled at her sister but knew something was being hidden from her. There was a short flash of something in the car that worried Eve as soon as she knew her sister had covered something up.
Eve stayed quite though and let everyone enjoy the night. 'At least at the club' she thought as they made their way up the street.

"They don't do they" she snuggled into Dayton pushing her worry back in her head so that she may enjoy this night.

Zoe smiled and cooed up at Matthew and she snuggled into his solid body. She would enjoy this night with everyone because it would be the last time together ever. She closed off the part of her that wanted to scream and cry and just let herself be. She wouldn't ruin this night for anything, not even if it meant that she would not be here in the morning.

She watched Eve cuddle up to Dayton and smiled, she was glad her sister found someone; it would her leaving more bearable. She worried about Matthew, but knew there was nothing she could do about leaving him behind so she was glad that he was spending much more time with Eve and Dayton. Part of her hoped that he would find a good boy soon so he would be able to have someone with him as much as she use to be with him.

She shook her head, clearing all thoughts of the vision, she would enjoy the night and her birthday.

The bar was a small hole in the wall, and once inside they had to basically dance through the crowd and over to the small fondue table that Matthew had reserved for them. A live band played on a tiny stage pushed back into the far wall. Many kids in costumes gathered around the band as it played jazz songs. A waitress came up to get their order for chocolate and Matthew ordered both milk and white chocolate with an assortment of items to dip. It was a small but cute bar.

Eve looked the bar over before they entered, it was cute and the crowd outside matched the one inside. Her and Dayton followed as Matthew basically pulled Zoe through the crowd.

"Woot for Halloween" Eve laughed "Next year lets go trick-or-treating, okay?"
Dayton rubbed her shoulder and planted a kiss on her forehead. He knew she hated big crowds but she expected it since they were going to a under age night club on Halloween. Eve hugged against Dayton and listened to the band.

Once the waitress was gone, Eve leaned over and lightly punched Matthew in the shoulder. His eyes had locked on to someone in the crowd as soon as he ordered.

"Something tasty out there?" she said with a smile.

Zoe smirked as she caught sight of the new boy Matthew was drooling over. "mmmm yummy. He looks totally edible and totally gay." she purred.

The boy was tall, maybe inching into six feet, on the thinner side but filled out muscularly. He had black hair and light eyes, right in Matthew's appetite.

She smiled at Matthew as she unwound the chain from her hand. "Go get em tiger." she said smiling.

Matthew smiled brightly before slinking off

The couple laughed as Matthew nearly did a flip then started over to the boy.

"I need to go to the bathroom. Shit.. this is going to be interested." he mumbled as he let go of Eve and crawled toward the 'restrooms' sign.
Eve sighed and scooted over toward her sister now that they were alone.

"So whats with you? Ever since the car ride you have had a funk around you... I know your hiding something." she whispered leaning against her sister.
"You can tell me anything Zo.." it was almost a whine when it came out of her mouth.

Zoe smiled at her sister as she bumped her head gingerly against the other's.

"I guess I'm just a little jealous..." She murmured as she watched Matthew. "I saw Matthew getting a boyfriend" she lied without any trace of it being anything but the truth, "guess I feel a little left out from all the new happy couples."

She gazed at her sister. "It's nothing to worry about, I'll get over it soon. Promise." She couldn't tell her sister the truth, and though it hurt to lie, she did it well, giving Eve no reason to doubt she was keeping something else, something much darker, secret from her.

"Figures" Eve mumbled..

"You will find someone. And when you do I will be breathing down his back like a back out of hell!" she giggled and curled against her sister.

"Well thats hott..." Dayton yelled coming back to the table. "Little girl on girl, sister action huh?" Eve leaned over and smacked him.

"Your so gross you know!" she huffed.

Zoe giggled at her sister's comment about breathing down the back of the guy she probably would never be with, but it was still amusing and sweet. She curled against her sister and sighed; she loved Eve immensely and though she was happy Eve had someone she would still miss her sister terribly.

She laughed hard as Dayton commented about some girl on girl action and got slapped by Eve, it had been quite entertaining.

"I don't understand what the interest for some girl on girl action..." She mused as she stared at Dayton. "I'm pretty sure any girl that's have some... action with another girl is so not going to be into any guy."

"It was a joke. That shit is..." he stuck his finger in his mouth like he was going to gag himself. "She what you two have me doing now! I sound like Matthew." She shook his butt a bit with his hand on his hip "OH MY GOD A-MAZING!" then sat.

Eve busted out laughing at the Matthew comment and went into a giggle fest when Dayton did a 'very poor' imitation of the boy. She started to tear up..

"Oh I think I am going to burst." she chuckled "DON'T do that again!"

Eve leaded against her sister and tried to breath before she fell over from lack of oxygen.

Zoe's eyes widened as she struggled not to laugh about the Matthew comment then lost it at the imitation. She held her sides as she continued to laugh and run out of breath.

"Oh my god I think my sides are going to explode!!" She cried as she laughed and held her sister up. "Matthew would DIE to hear you saying that!"

"Saying what?!?" Matthew cried as he bounded back to the group.

"He just tried to pull off gay and failed miserably..." Zoe said as she tried to catch her breath. "It was so damn hilarious!"

Matthew whined loudly as he pulled on Dayton's arm while jumping up and down. "Oh come oooooonnnnnnnn do it aaaaggggggaaaaaaiiiiinnnnn!!!! PPPPLLLLEEEEAAASSSSEEEE!!!!!"

Dayton laughed and shook his head. His cheeks were flushed from laughing with the girls

"No, maybe on the way home. I think they are about ready to explode, to risky." he laughed and stood up.

"Come on lets go dance!" he nearly dragged Eve out of the sit and pushed against Matthew. Eve dragged on behind him and gave a sad eye to Matthew and Zoe to follow.

Dayton swung Eve around to face him and they started to dance together the best they could while other bumped and danced against their backs.

Zoe laughed as Dayton dragged Eve off and stuck her tongue out as her sister looked back.

"Ohhhhh no..." She said as she caught Matthew's attention. "There is no way in hell I'm dancing in this dress. I can hardly breathe as it is with the corset, dancing is SO not possible. Besides, where's that hunk you went off flirting with?"

Matthew grinned at Zoe. "OHMIGAWD!!! He is a hunk isn't he?!?" He jumped into the boot beside her, his eyes twinkled. "What do you think????"

Zoe smiled as she leaned over and kissed his cheek. "I think you should totally pursue him. He looks like a good catch."

Matthew squealed and flew out of the seat vanishing into the crowd in pursuit of the guy. Zoe smiled before letting sadness wash over her momentarily, she couldn't help but think about the end

After a few songs Eve was tired and hot. She scrambled back to her sister while Dayton trailed behind her.

"Oh my god..." she sighed and plopped down beside her sister, breathing heavily. "You have NO ide...a how hot it is... in there.." Eve pointed back at the crowd. Dayton emerged from the crowd after Eve and sat down across from the girls, also panting.

"Someone stepped on my tail and nearly pulled my pants down!" he hissed and threw his head onto the table atop his arms.

Eve laughed a little and poked his furry head piece. "You just a baby..." he lifted his head and stuck his tongue out at her.

"Where is Matthew?" Eve asked after looking around for him.

Zoe giggled and shook her head as she listened to Eve complain about the heat on the dance floor. "Well that's what they would call a mosh pit... And that's what happens with that many human bodies of course it's going to be hot you dweeb."

She smirked as Dayton complained about his tail, shaking her head a little. "Matthew is out chasing down the hunk. I hope he gets his fishing lure in and reels the guy in. They look so cute together." She indicated the couple that was over by the bar flirting.

She smiled as she picked up a banana slice with her prong, dipped it into the warm melted milk chocolate then popped it into her mouth.

Eve shook her head and laughed as she picked at some fruit.

"Are you guys coming over to Dayton's after for a movie night? Or you going to wait till this weekend." Eve bumped against her sister before biting into a strawberry. She never liked chocolate, but the fruit was delicious.

"You are the only girl.." Dayton popped a grape into his mouth before picking up another one. He pointed the grape, still dripping with white chocolate at Eve. "The only girl that I know that doesn't like chocolate. Your weird."

"This coming from the one who eats it religiously like a women.." she laughed before eating the rest of the strawberry in her hand.

Zoe smiled and shook her head at their bantering.

"I don't know... I need to run by my house to get a few things I left there when I moved to Matthew's. I think this weekend is a much better idea."

She swallowed past the lump in her throat as she told her sister what the truth was, but not the fact that she would not be here for the weekend. She smiled again and dipped the ricekrispy piece into the chocolate before popping it into her mouth.

"Take Dayton with you at least, I will take a cab home." she smiled and looked at Dayton. He nodded

"I will take you back and help you out." he smiled and picked at some more grapes.

"He is going with you." Eve didn't leave it for a debate.

It was quite for a few minutes, before Eve spoke again. She figured her sister was a little angry but Eve didn't want her going back to her parents house by herself. She never trusted their driver....

"He really likes that guy doesn't he?" she nodded her head to Matthew who was flirting with little cute butt off. "We might be kicking someones ass if he hurts my Matthew." she grunted. They guy was cute but looked like one of those frat boy pricks.

Zoe scowled at Eve; having Dayton with her was going to be a major problem. Sighing she gave up before fighting, there was no point now Eve would not be talked out of it. Part of her wondered if it was because of Vincent which made her sad, but it was her fault since she had never told Eve about how she actually felt for him.

She huffed as she tried to think of a way to get away from Dayton, she couldn't have him be caught with her they were sure to hurt him. She was so deep in thought she basically jumped when Eve started talking about Matthew.

"Oooohhhhhh so now he's YOUR Matthew." Zoe chided as she butted her sister with her elbow playfully. "I think he's cute..." She murmured as she watched Matthew being completely enthralled in the man. "I think everything will work out fine for them..."

"Our.... Matthew?" she shrugged and popped a grape into her mouth. She just bit into it when her cellphone went off. "Shit!" she jumped and pulled the phone out of her arm warmer. She glanced at the screen "Its my dad, be back in a sec" She started through the crowd trying to get outside.

Dayton watched Eve plunge into the crowd.

"Its getting late, I don't wanna pull Matthew from his dream over there. What should we do?" he asked looking at his own cell phone. The blue numbers lit his face up in the dark club. It was 10:43

Finally Eve made it out of the tight bodies and flipped her phone open. She called her dad's phone back.
"Sorry Dad, I couldn't hear in there." she paused while he spoke. "I think we are going to stay at Dayton's tonight. Don't wait up, I will text you when we get back to the house, kay?" She nodded as he retorted. There were 3 boys across the street watching her. She didn't see them as they started across the street coming her way.

Zoe stood suddenly her eyes unfocused as she tilted her head slightly to one side.

"Get up..." She hissed as she slid free of the booth, her eyes caught Matthew's and a silent conversation passed through them and he knew that she had seen something. He started for her but she pursed her lips and shook her head, Stay she basically had said as she pushed through the crowd to the door.

Her eyes flared with anger as she reached into he small purse, her fingers wrapping around a small can of pepper spray as she considered pulling out the small Swiss army knife she had in there as well, but she would wait. Reaching the door she paused, scanning the streets up and down as she looked for her sister.

"Found her..." She muttered darkly as she stalked down the sidewalk; they were going to pay if they hurt Eve

Eve looked up and saw the men, she turned and started moving back to the bar. She hung up the phone with her dad and saw Zoe.

"Keep moving..." she grabbed Zoe's arm, spinning her around. They dived back into the crowd. Behind her she heard one of the men yell when she looked through the crowd they were turned and walking away. She didn't notice she had been holding her breath. Letting it out she turned to Zoe..

"I think its time to leave." she sighed and pulled her phone back out to call Dayton.

Dayton was utterly confused when Zoe got up and left. He shrugged and went back to picking at his fruit.

Zoe growled at her sister, she wanted to hurt them for what they wanted to do to Eve. After a moment of frustration she gave up.

"Go tell Matthew that everyone is leaving... I'm sure he'll stay with his new toy, but he at least needs to know." She handed her sister money. "I don't remember if we paid the bill but here's some for that and some for a cab since you are making Dayton take me home." She sighed and shook her head. "I still think he should take you home and not me..."

She kissed her sister's cheek. "I'll be at the car when you're ready Dayton."

Eve nodded and slipped into the crowd making her way to Dayton.

"Zoe is out at the car, go take her home." He hugged her and started to make his way out. Eve turned her eyes scanning for Matthew she found him and started towards him. Leaning against him she called to him

"Dayton is taking Zoe home, you going with them or staying here?"

When Dayton got to the car he slid in and looked over at Zoe.
"Ready to go?" he smiled and started the car up

Matthew blinked at Eve when she told him Zoe was leaving, something in him told him something was wrong but he couldn't quite figure it out. he pursed his lips and sighed. "Well I guess I should head home...." His eyes flickered to the guy next to him.

"I hope to see you soon." He cooed to the guy as he leaned over and slid his number into the front pocket. "Alright lets go Eve."

Zoe flinched at Dayton's voice, she had been lost in her visions. "Uh..." She muttered as she smoothed her dress. "Yeah..."

She sighed and rubbed the back of her neck. "Really you don't have to do this I can call Vincent he'd come get me I'm sure."

Her eyes scanned the area around the car as she partially wondered where the people stalking her were hiding. She knew someone was there ever since she knew that either her of Eve was going to be taken. In the beginning she had no idea who they were following until finally she walked home alone one day and felt the burning sensation between her shoulder blades that signaled someone was watching her. Finally she had the vision that she would be the one taken and knew instantly that the people following her were working for the one that took her parents and soon would be taking her.

Her mind reeled in the beginning as she thought about being stalked by people who were just waiting for her to slip up. instantly she had begun to quick spending time with Eve and Matthew outside of school. She figured out ways to loose them if she wanted to spend time with her sister of Matthew, and ways to slide back into their sights without them noticing she had been gone.

Now she fought the urge to turn around and stare angrily into the bushes behind her that were definitely hiding the stalkers and sighed once again, she knew there was no way of getting out of Dayton taking her home, all she needed to do now was figure out how to lose him long enough to "disappear" forever.
